Raiser's Edge NXT has helped us in communication better with our donors and employees. It has also helped with mainstreaming our events as it is easier to keep track of participants and sponsors.

The analytics have helped our Regional Development Executives keep better track of their prospects and actions, which has improved donations.

I really enjoy taking advantage of all the training. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable. It's very convenient to be able to do online training when I have the time. Very flexible. It has helped me keep up with all the new features that RE NXT has come out with.
I have not evaluated any other products.

I have found that RE NXT works great with creating events and forms. However, when inputting donations, I still prefer to use the Database view as there are more details to include. I really like the marketing section where you can create emails. I use this a lot in communicating with both donors and employees. I like how the forms are set up. It is so much easier than Online Express and there are a lot more options.
