We track constituent donor and alumni information, bio updates, etc… as well as donor history and monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.

- The lack of synch with database view
- Reporting and functionality Is a challenge
- Comprehensive view of constituents on one screen
- Easy to learn to use
- Lack of sync and functionality with database view is a time hindrance.
