Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has transformed the work of our development team. In our previous system, we were unable to properly track prospects and moves management activity. Now, we are able to provide transparency on the activity with prospects and run reports to show progress towards goals. The interface for fundraisers gives each of them a snapshot of their recent activity and connects them with items on which they need to act.

  • Our development team has been able to use the data in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to drive the agenda of their meetings. It has made the team more efficient and effective.
  • We are better able to track progress on campaigns and identify new gifts that need a personal thank you
  • We save time in generating reports for our campaign and development committees because all of the data is in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and not in Excel.
We are just beginning to use the analytics and data intelligence tools in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. We have lacked an effective way to identify new prospects in our donor pool. The tools available in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT will provide a powerful way to identify prospects and opportunities to develop relationships with current donors.

For the most part, the instructors are very effective and knowledgeable about the topics they cover. The handouts are helpful and I always enjoy the hands on work in the database to practice what we learn. Instructors keep us engaged through the trainings and I always leave with new knowledge.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is a valuable CRM for developing a moves management program. The system is easy to use and allows for transparency in prospect activity for all fundraisers. The system keeps tasks that are due for action visible and makes it easy to follow up. For community foundations, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is not suited for showing activity in specific funds. The activity of donors that have funds with us is a vital part of the moves management process.
