Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT platform for all of our donor management. From recording donations, to processing online donations and tracking event registrations

Pros

  • Detailed donation tracking
  • Reporting that is in depth and customizable
  • New product enhancements

Cons

  • Better customer support
  • Options for free trainings
  • Gift management/recording
  • Online donation processing
  • Campaign progress reporting
  • We were able to recapture 10% of lapsed donors through a segmented appeal based on Raiser's Edge NXT data
We do not use this feature
  • Online Training
The instructor led courses were generally all very good and were at a good pace with enough time alotted to allow attendees time to try out the features being taught

Yes

Raiser's Edge NXT is well suited for organizations that want to have a lot of options for tracking constituent giving. Unless an organization wants high level record keeping then Raiser's Edge NXT is probably not the best option
