Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
Before BlackLine all of our account reconciliations were completed in excel and approved every month. If a recon was changed after approval you didn't know. You also had to manually update the account balance with zero workflow or notification. Since going live with BlackLine our trial balance is pulled in and each reconciliation is updated automatically, we also have workflow automation that makes our daily jobs so much easier. BlackLine has really improved our reconciliation, including completion, correction and tracking along with the tasks module.
