Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We are using Reconciliations, Compliance, and Journals. Product has been easy to work with and has solved multiple issues for us. However reporting and DASHBoard need some work. Management is asking for a simple view of data and for compliance that is not readily available.

  • Effective control and management of Journals
  • Control testing programs to effectively manage SOX testing.
  • Main item missing is DASHBoarding for Compliance.

I deal with control and control testing. Previously it was managed via spread sheets. We have been able to us Blackline to manage our overall controls process.
