Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

It's been used across the organization. The ease of using the product and learning the features helps in achieving efficiencies and streamlining the processes. They are various platforms that can be used in parallel to each other/ supporting each other which helps in better management. Also the improvement with every version is good along with the customer support.

The tool is very user friendly. It has various modules like reconciliation, transaction matching, journals, smart close, intercompany reconciliation, accounting, compliance etc.,. This helps in streamlining the over all processes and using BlackLine for the major tasks. Also learning the tool is easy and very user friendly making it easy for the team.
The team has always been supportive and responses are received as expected.
Compliance module helped us in implementing a very good assessment process across the organization. As the module was very customizable we could tailor it to our needs and use it for multiple requirements. Overall the process is very user friendly and very easy to grasp which makes it easier.
