BlackLine Good for Finance
Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
We are currently in the process of implementation to help streamline our manual processes and to speed up the month end close. We are also looking to better align our task based challenges across all finance sub teams to better allow for visibility into TMs time management. Though we are now a year into the purchase, the BlackLine team is attempting to better set us up for success by providing a thorough setup that identifies where our pain points are and help to correct.

- I wished we could have run concurrent training much sooner

Unfortunately, we are in a unique area in that while we have had the software for a year, we have not fully reached a point where we have actual use of it. While this conference and been amazing and insightful, for me it has still been more abstract in that it feels as if I am evaluating a prospective tool rather than learning best practice for a tool we already have.
