Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

Account reconciliation, compliance, variance analysis. Any large variations in account balances, we need to understand why these happened with commentary provided by respective business user. Keep our accounts reconciliations prepared, reviewed and approved to meet quality criteria per our policy.

Support is slow, takes too long to reply back. Ping pong of messages is long and slow, over days. Would like to see higher support service.
Helped us assimilate with working in a tool on the cloud, something we were not used to before since all other applications are on premises.
