Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is our hub for all information management, processes, policies, etc. It is used by the entire business. With Bloomfire's recent upgrade, it is a lot more user friendly, especially for rookies using it for the first time. All you do is type a few words in the search menu and it brings up all related topics, kind of like Google. It's a great tool to have and am glad the company I work for decided to use Bloomfire as an app for all information. It's great.
- Tags - common words that are used to search a particular process - helps narrow down your searches by adding tags (common words used to search for something)
- Bookmarks/Likes/Share/Flag For Review etc. - all these options are perfect, especially if a BF post needs to be updated/reviewed. It helps to keep posts/series relevant and up to date.
- Advance Reporting Function - this is a great tool as well, where you can pull out data for anything really. This helps with reducing knowledge gaps within the team or individuals etc. Search dates: you can also search for basically any data you want and it spits out an Excel report to your email. It's great.
- Tables - not being able to adjust the widths of columns etc.
- Keeping the formats when copying and pasting from another document or application
- Increased team productivity
- Customer satisfaction with accurate and up to date information
- Increased information knowledge with individuals, learning other business units' processes, etc.
