Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is used as a knowledge centre in my organisation. It's used across the whole organisation. Bloomfire helps is knowledge and information sharing across our business.
- Simple to use
- Search function is helpful
- Can't see the full name of a post when its in a series. When you toggle over it the full name doesn't appear either so you need to open it to check it sometimes.
- When writing a post, the paragraphing and fonts are not consistent. Should be able to add graphs that we can see and not need to zoom in every time.
- The black lettering against the white background is not good for the eyes. It causes the words to appear very large.
- The search button is located on the right of the screen with a yellow bulb. No one writes from the right. So, it's not very user friendly.
- Please bring back to previous layout. Keep the layout simple and please do not change it because it poses as a hindrance. We want to work on a layout that is pretty standard, with limited colour codes but be rich in knowledge.
