Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is used across the whole organization. We are expected to use it for any process related information. It also works as a database for communicating with other retailers in terms of contact information. We refer to it for work related scripts which are regularly updated and also work related tools such as sales calculators.
  • Excellent resource for product and process related information.
  • Excellent resource for updating and storing work tools like comparison charts and sales calculators.
  • Bookmark your favourite or regularly used pages such as work scripts of pricing information and even competitive analysis charts.
  • Had complains with the layout previously, but that was addressed quite recently when the entire interface was redesigned.
  • Searches are slightly slow and sometimes when you're with a customer who's in a hurry that can be a challenge.
  • User friendly and makes script based selling very easy.
  • Definitely contributes to customer satisfaction as customers can sometimes throw an odd question at you but are pleased to know we can respond efficiently, all thanks to Bloomfire.
  • It also contributes to effective human resource management as we do not need to be bothering the team managers with all our queries, since most work related information is quite easily available on Bloomfire.
I have given it a 9 rating only because the information update doesn't happen in real time and due to our continued dependence on Bloomfire that can be an issue sometimes, especially when you're in a job that entails rates being frequently updated. The delay can also cause some confusion like passing on old information rather than the updated one to the customer which in turn might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
Bloomfire does exactly what it is designed for, it helps address any misconceptions we might have and also contributes to peace of mind, it's like having a best friend working with you.

Bloomfire is like a one stop shop for all company related information on processes which is especially handy as a new employee. It can sometimes be difficult to find department specific information hence it seems more like a company portal than a department specific one.
