Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire internally to house all of our company pertinent information. We have sections that are blocked for specific teams which is nice to have. Bloomfire is our first stop in problem resolution as we look here for answers prior to reaching out to outside sources.
  • Bloomfire provides organization of all of the information that is important for our staff to know when coming on board as well as company wide client processes.
  • The format of Bloomfire is easy to view and has a pleasant layout.
  • The flag feature is very nice as we are constantly changing processes within our company and this allows us to flag a post that may have inaccurate information in it for review.
  • The search algorithm seems like it could be a bit more intuitive. I often have difficulty determining what words to use to make my search results more accurate.
  • The flow chart of where the search results are located can be a bit confusing at first.
We found a way to use them together that works best for our firm.
I have not needed to contact support myself however I have not heard any complaints from others regarding service or customer service.
I find the search feature to be less than optimal. The issue could be how we have our posts organized or it may surround how we are searching for our topics but sometimes it is very difficult to not only find what I'm looking for but to determine why Bloomfire produced the search results that it did as the correlation is not immediately noticeable.

I think Bloomfire has been a great asset to our firm since implementation. We are constantly changing and are trying to find the best way to update Bloomfire and always have the most up to date information reflected. This can be difficult at times when information is housed in multiple posts. We may correct one post but not the others.
