Bloomfire is used across our whole organization. We use it as our intranet and a resource center for our employees.

I don't have too much experience with intranets in the past. Bloomfire is a great platform for our intranet and is continually improving and making enhancements over time.
Support is timely and always helpful.
Bloomfire is built with the user in mind with a great overall usability and ease-of-use.

Bloomfire is well suited as an intranet for our employees because it gives us a place to store all of our documents and resources in an organized way. It also gives us a place to communicate and interact as an organization. It is user-friendly which allows our employees to navigate fairly easily around the community, especially our less technologically savvy employees.
