Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
My company, which develops and deploys financial software, uses Bloomfire for our internal knowledge base. It gives us a centralized place for information about setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our software. Everyone at our company has read access to it, some of us contribute articles.
- Nice visualization on screen
- Intuitive, requires little instruction for users
- Very fast, responsive
- Search capabilities could be enhanced to massively search articles for text.
- Bloomfire has fulfilled the need we had for a knowledge base.
- Good for saving employees' time digging around for solutions.
We use Tracker to manage contacts with clients, so it serves a different function than Bloomfire. Tracker has been less satisfactory than Bloomfire, but it has a different role in our company. We're moving to SalesForce soon, but keeping Bloomfire.
