Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is used by my current team as a means of keeping information in one spot. As a customer service representative, I deal with many types of customers across many different types of companies. Parts Town sells restaurant equipment parts, so we deal with large chain restaurants, institutions, hospitals, government agencies, service companies to name a few. All of these companies require various types of information specific to them, and Bloomfire helps us keep it all organized.

Bloomfire's ease of use and searchability is what really sets it apart. As I mentioned earlier, seeing it somehow integrate with Salesforce or Syspro (the other software we use) would be extremely helpful. Being able to find information quickly and easily is such a huge thing in customer service, there really is no substitute.
