Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is used by my current team as a means of keeping information in one spot. As a customer service representative, I deal with many types of customers across many different types of companies. Parts Town sells restaurant equipment parts, so we deal with large chain restaurants, institutions, hospitals, government agencies, service companies to name a few. All of these companies require various types of information specific to them, and Bloomfire helps us keep it all organized.

Bloomfire's ease of use and searchability is what really sets it apart. As I mentioned earlier, seeing it somehow integrate with Salesforce or Syspro (the other software we use) would be extremely helpful. Being able to find information quickly and easily is such a huge thing in customer service, there really is no substitute.
I have not needed to pose questions to the support team yet, as it is a very simple piece of software to use, however, its help documents and the bot ready to answer questions let me know I am in good hands. The help center could load a little quicker, but that's my only complaint.
Well, I'm repeating myself here but that to me is Bloomfire's biggest strength. I have yet to see a piece of software that searches so well, so fast, among different types of documents. I have so many different bits of information at my fingertips, I use Bloomfire daily because it's the backbone of my job.

The searchability of Bloomfire is off the charts. You can find whatever you need within your uploaded content quickly and easily. For those moments where you need to access information quickly to assist a customer, it is an invaluable tool. Also, being able to upload images, PDFs, and Excel files really allows for pretty much any document type to be saved.
