Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Currently, we are using Bloomfire to access up-to-date current information related to the Covid-19 pandemic. I find it to be a one stop shopping center. It is user friendly and files/documents are easy to access. You type what you want in the search box and can click on the history. I have never had any issues with Bloomfire. With all the current documents, policies and procedures located on Bloomfire, I can access the information immediately and provide it to the caller/customer.

  • I think if the information was categorized on the side/central place in themes, that would assist. But the search function works well for this.

I think in terms of user accessibility which translates directly to quicker customer service and improved customer satisfaction, I would rate Bloomfire as delivering well on its promise.

When searching for a topic, Bloomfire is able to pull up a history of specific and related terms related to the search. I think where Bloomfire could improve is that once the appropriate document is found, to have a further search capability to search the keywords to locate it within the document quicker, without having to scroll through the entire document.
