Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire has helped our Knowledge Management team create an integrative resource tool that houses processes, procedures, and policies for our front-line representatives and agents. Since its inception, Bloomfire has worked with our specific requests and needs to enhance the experience, both for the creator (Author) and reader. This has then allowed us to expand responsibilities and roles to other departments by empowering them to contribute, edit, and support one another in the expansion of the knowledge base. Every year the ease of use becomes more intuitive and affords us efficiencies we did not have with our last knowledge database.
