Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach [Experience] as our global CMS system and with the help of Bloomreach [Experience] we set up our global websites.
  • Good structure for international content
  • Inclusion of videos and other assets is quite handy
  • Automated translation process connectivity is good
  • Navigation structure is a bit complicated especially when you are new in this software
  • Helped us to have very fast new corporate websites
  • Goes in line with our eCommerce system Spryker
The cloud availability is very strong and the support team from bloomreach is very responsive and easy to reach if you need them.
It helped us to automate email marketing campaigns based on the user interaction. This was done manually in the past, so this is a huge advantage. We e. g. use it for email campaings in the e-commerce sector for example when a customer didnßt log in for a while or didn´t purchase in a certain period.
Bloomreach [Experience] is a sophisticated system [that] has way more functionalities than open-source software.

Using Bloomreach Experience as a corporate CMS system is a good fit. I think it is more suitable for bigger corporations than for very small companies due to licensing, etc.

3 - We do have a content manager, editor and creator and also an e-commerce specialist who leads the customer segmenation process

Scalablity is very good. Especially as we do on a regualarly basis new global rollouts were we need to scale the system
Yes, so far no unexpected downtimes so works very stable
Performance is very good. We use it with Spryker E-commerce system and page loads and overall performance is quite good.
