Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
In addition to providing access to BlueJeans for resellers and end users, we use this solution internally. We use a mix of both the meetings tools and BlueJeans Events for webinars and presentations. Because it is simple to use, it allows us to present and self-moderate. The training was also quick meaning that more colleagues can present and be involved.
- Powerful meetings tool, that has a lot of functionality, but is still easy to use.
- Events is a leading tool for webinars and presentations.
- Easy to scale cloud service that provides some unique solutions to unify existing videoconferencing investments.
- Events could use some flexibility in the layout of the chat/polls/participants/Q&A sections.
- Making the notification of what content you are sharing easier to see.
- We have been able to start a series of webinars, allowing colleagues to present without having to be in the same geographical location, but maintain the quality of both content and technical information.
BlueJeans provides high definition video and the highest quality audio, developed in conjunction with Dolby. The features include the standard meetings like Remote Desktop control, flexible viewing controls and recording options that allow output to a Facebook page.
