Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It is being across the whole organization and is implemented into 7 of our conference rooms. It makes recording and sharing screens a snap with a BlueJeans link. The conference rooms are set up to walk in and have a meeting with no setup needed. It simplifies IT support and inspires user confidence in the system overall.
  • Easy screen sharing and recording of meetings.
  • Implements well with PCs, laptops, tablets and phones
  • Great sound and call quality
  • Highly customizable for a great user experience
  • Cost is a bit high
  • If you give a user a license but they only have 10 meetings a year it is a waste of money for certain users.
  • Have tiered licenses (Tier 1 up to 250 meetings per year. Tier 2 100 meetings. Tier 3 40 meetings year.)
  • This is tough to put a number, if we did not have this as a solution we would be losing out on so much collaboration across the globe.
  • It has helped efficiency, productivity and overall scale for running a smooth business by leaps and bounds over a webex, Skype or any other solution.
The sound quality and integration was very tight with BlueJeans. It makes things easy on everyone you invite to the meetings that might not have BlueJeans. Skype made things more difficult. WebEx was better but not to the level of features that BlueJeans could offer.
Law firms, Universities - any company or business with a need for an easy to use well-appointed conference/meeting/screen sharing/recording solution.
