We've used BlueJeans to video conference with clients out of state and even out of country. Video conferencing allows us to reach a wider net of clients globally and maintain a personal connection with them. It also allows us to show our clients real time progress on their projects.

- The screen sharing is really clunky
- Audio quality is sometimes glitchy
- BlueJeans has led to more face to face interactions with our national and global clients.
- It helps us maintain a personal connection when clients.
It's not as strong as its competitors. Zoom and Webex hold up much better in low bandwidth environments and can handle multiple users on a call much better.
