Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
We have implemented Bomgar into our environment a couple years ago after seeing a demo at Dell/Kace World. It has become a necessary tool to give remote support to our clients. We have also been able to allow other partners remote access on our network through Bomgar securely. We also provide other departments within our organization the ability to give remote presentations for training purposes. Bomgar is being used everyday within our company!
- Remote support for clients is easy to use.
- Integrated tools such as canned scripts, command shell, etc is a must in Bomgar.
- Jump clients and Bomgar jump buttons for the end user helps resolve issues promptly.
- I enjoy using the Bomgar App on my Android phone but I dislike not being able to use the canned scripts I have built in the console when I am on the go. Which is a majority of the time.
