Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar

Love Bomgar - it is perfect for what we need. Bomgar is being used for connecting to customers with ease and transferring data.
  • Being able to connect to customers easily.
  • Transferring files without fuss.
  • The Screen shot feature is excellent.
  • The ability to have pinned sessions un-install after a pre-determined amount of time.
  • Much better customer service.
Bomgar's look and feel is a lot better. When ever I have had to contact Bomgar for help they have been excellent. This is a big factor for us for if we are unable to support our customers when there is a problem then this has a big effect on our customer service results.
We have a large amount of users. Everyone who uses Bomgar has good things to say about it. In the past we have used PCAnywhere and it was very rare that you could get connected to a customer without some kind of problem. Bomgar takes all of this away. This is why would renew with Bomgar.
I think Bomgar is an excellent addition to any support team. It makes the whole process of supporting customers so much easier. The ability to transfer / share sessions is excellent as it enables us to assist new staff so they are able to see how more in depth issues are resolved.
