Overall Satisfaction with Bonita BPM
Bonita BPM is in my opinion the best BPM solution currently in the market. I developed my master's degree final assessment evaluating this technology along side with YAWL and jBPM, resulting in Bonita being the best of the three for small to big companies and environments.
In my organization I implemented the registry of non-conformance to allow users to submit company-related complaints and this was a complete success based on the extended capabilities of Bonita BPM from UI design to reporting.

Pros
- UI design
- Workflow using BPMN
- Use of Java code
- Integration using connectors
Cons
- I can only think of database connection, it could be improved for a better and shorter experience connecting the data since this is a low-code technology.
- Faster response from users
- A better process across the organization wherein the back-end processes execute and the front-end user receives notifications to accomplish their tasks.
- Better price
- Community package with free evaluation package so you can test main functionalities of a BPM tool
- Subscription packages are great but are not an impediment to accomplish a task or a whole process in Bonita Business Process Management
- Clear use of Java Code which is great because is easier to train developers in a BPM tool that uses Java as a core coding program (even when it's Low code)
