Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Guided Fundraising
Repair the Sea started using Bonterra (Network for Good) almost two years ago. We needed a platform that provided an all-inclusive donor management system for our start-up non-profit, and this platform satisfied that need. We use BGF to keep track of our donors and other individuals around the world who are involved and believe in our mission of protecting the aquatic environment from a Jewish perspective.
Pros
- Customer Service.
- Email Campaigns.
- Campaign Donation Pages.
Cons
- Perhaps provide integration with a calendar function.
- Perhaps provide integration with What's App.
- Perhaps integration with PayPal and Venmo should be provided, but that may already be on the table.
- Our email open rates have increased significantly from 30-40% to 50-60%, which ultimately increased our visibility among those who receive our communication.
- Having built-in filters makes running reports much faster, impacting our organization's efficiency.
- The data upload feature also increased our organization's efficiency due to its ease of use.
We used Little Green Light for several years at a previous employer. LGL did not have the extensive integration capabilities or the level of sophistication that BGF has in terms of email, video, donor campaign pages, and exceptional customer support. For these reasons, we chose to go with BGF instead of LGL.
