Overall Satisfaction with Braze (formerly Appboy)
We use Braze across most of our departments (Growth, Product, Ad Sales) to send out all of our marketing campaigns. By using in-app messaging, we are able to reach our user base whether it's to notify them of a new feature or to sell a premium membership. We have used another platform previously and find that Braze is much easier to use.
- Diverse options to send out messaging including full-screen interstitials, sliders, modals, and news feed cards.
- Segmenting users is easy to do.
- Excellent customer success team and fast and helpful support.
- Unable to edit conversion event once the campaign is launched.
- Braze has helped us reach our marketing goals.
Localytics was limited compared to what Braze offers. Braze is much easier to use, has way more capabilities, and a seamless U/I.
