Overall Satisfaction with BrightEdge
BrightEdge is our main platform for keyword tracking and research. Allows us to monitor how our core package, product, blog, and local pages are doing that then help us dictate various projects that help us show up more in the SERP. It also helps greatly with helping us track our local markets as we are in all of North America.

Love the interface more, it’s more updated. A lot of cool features that are more easily accessible within BrightEdge. The customer success manager has been better than with seoClarity as well. We get meeting agendas, quick email responses, productive calls, and help with the several dashboards we’ve needed to be created. It’s refreshing.

I think BrightEdge is a great platform, simply based on the fact that you have a dedicated customer success manager with who you meet with you regularly. They are also always available via email to help create custom dashboards and answer any questions you have on the platform. Their data cube is great as well!
