Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Brightmine has been very helpful to us with HR compliance especially since we operate in multiple states

Pros

  • HR Compliance and Law
  • Example Policies
  • Legal Expertise

Cons

  • the login is clunky and often requires us to clear our cache/cookies before we can get in again
  • some policies are very corporate sounding and we end up using AI to help us make it not so full of language
  • sometimes hard to find things
  • saved us on legal fees
we use the HR & Compliance center and handbook management
It makes it easier to do my job when you don't have to completely recreate something and an expert is available to help when needed.
I have not had to use the customer success team.
We have not considered using anything else at this time.

We do not have legal on our staff. It is great to run things by an expert to ensure we are following the correct steps when it comes to an involuntary termination or a tricky situation that may involve some compliance.
