Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Most brands we speak to seem pretty happy with this, and it appears the sales team communicates time lines well.
Sometimes, it can take a while to get through to someone, especially when tiered levels of support were in place. Some brands we have spoken to have mentioned customer service and response times could be improved.
We are a partner of Brightpearl - we have developed an integrated B2B platform that connects with Brightpearl. We have a good relationship with them, and hear good feedback from our mutual clients.

Pros

  • Integration - it integrates easily with other applications
  • Intuitive design
  • Good communication on product updates

Cons

  • Customer service - some brands mention this
  • Accounting - there have been some bugs there, especially with currency, but this is being fixed
Most entry level ERPs are too simplistic to cover the requirements of many different brands - Brightpearl integrates well and is easy to use, compared to Sage. They have a more advanced concept of a product compared to Unleashed and Sage.
It is well suited to businesses with multi-channel strategy, who need integrations. Accounting is not always as valued as it should be, but just my opinion.
