Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
Most brands we speak to seem pretty happy with this, and it appears the sales team communicates time lines well.
Sometimes, it can take a while to get through to someone, especially when tiered levels of support were in place. Some brands we have spoken to have mentioned customer service and response times could be improved.
We are a partner of Brightpearl - we have developed an integrated B2B platform that connects with Brightpearl. We have a good relationship with them, and hear good feedback from our mutual clients.
It is well suited to businesses with multi-channel strategy, who need integrations. Accounting is not always as valued as it should be, but just my opinion.
