Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

BrightPearl's staff prepared a detailed implementation and training plan and walked us through it. It was a great experience.
They are very quick to respond and always knowledgeable. They have been able to quickly resolve any issues that have arisen.
We use BrightPearl to manage sales, fulfillment, inventory, and accounting across multiple ecommerce channels. Before implementing BrightPearl, inventory management across our different sales channels was difficult. BrightPearl also provided us with a unified view of our different platforms.
