Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

I didn't take part in implementing Brightpearl.
As mentioned earlier it has a few glitches, which are:

  • Limited to 100 lines but if you go over the 100 lines it allows, it crashes 2 out of 5 times.
  • Difficult to change over 100 lines quickly, as you can't create a new line in between.
  • You have to save it to edit it easily.
In my organisation we use Brightpearl to process quotes and orders, manage stock and pricing, it is a software which we use throughout the organisation and solves the main problems of stock management and order processing issues.

  • Invoicing
  • Stock management
  • Can't do more than 100 lines
  • Crashes sometimes
  • Effective order processing tool
  • Takes time on editing orders if it is over 100 lines.
Brightperal is much better than Magento.
Brightpearl is well suited for small orders.
