Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Your data needs to be absolutely perfect before migration. Don't cut corners with this.
The support has been excellent.
BrightPearl is used across the whole business. Stock allocation and fulfillment is our biggest problem as we run our own fleet of vans for delivery and there are a huge amount of intricacies.
  • Stock Management
  • Integration with other apps
  • Most complaints about the system come from our accounts team.
  • The accuracy and ability to track and measure what we're doing has greatly improved.
  • Some workflows are more convoluted as a result of this (Sales order processing).
We found BrightPearl to be far superior to IRIS for stock control, sales & purchasing and accounting (mostly) but the CRM side of things aren't anywhere close to Zoho in terms of flexibility.
It's much more suitable for retail and B2C. We're primarily B2B and it's taken quite a lot of customisation to get things working well for us.
