Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Our specialist who helped trained me on how to use Brightpearl was great! I was able to explain different scenarios of what we needed and she found a way to do it!
They are quick to answer and don't give up until they fix the problem!
We use Brightpearl to manage all of our customer information. Before we had what seemed like hundreds of Google Docs to track everything - Brightpearl made it so much easier to track everything. The program is very customizable and their customer service is top notch!

  • Connect seamlessly with Amazon, Big Commerce and Shopify platforms.
  • The accounting end of things could be better- it seems like there are many steps in order to delete an order.
