Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Support is second to none. My queries are always answered in a timely and helpful manner. I've never had any complaints about support and don't think I ever will. Would recommend Brightpearl on support as a merit alone.
We use brightpearl to manage all customer orders and organise our financial statements and records. The biggest upside to using one software for everything is it is easier to integrate all areas of the business in one solution. Everyone in our business can use Brightpearl and we can usually help each other with any problems, even if it is not in our direct department.
  • One integrated solution for all our business needs. No learning to use multiple programs, especially if you're a small business.
  • Small learning curve.
  • First to none support. I've found queries are usually answer within a day or so and by the same people.
  • Not suitable for all types of businesses.
  • Sometimes when they introduce updates the changes made make it slightly more difficult to the same task. If its not broken, don't try to fix it.
  • Streamlined our operations
  • Lowered cost buying multiple software for the same package
  • Helped my boss to understand the accounts side more as he is not finance ''minded''. But BP makes it very easy to understand.
Brightpearl is the only one I've used so far.
For a small retail business like ours, I have found Brightpearl perfect. The program is robust enough for our size business that things don't feel congested and ''crowded''.
However, or a much larger business day to day operations become more complicated and I can imagine Brightpearl as a one fits all solution may not be the best option for you.
