Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

The implementation process of Brightpearl is timely and involved. There is not a good set of documentation or walk-through in order to allow the end user to understand it. For younger companies that may not have the knowledge, it would be highly suggested to incorporate someone with setup experience to get you running.
The support or Brightpearl (with paid support plan) is phenomenal. Most of our tickets are answered within 4 hours or so from the time of submission. Occasionally, tickets will need to be escalated to the next level but the incoming staff is already knowledgeable about the issue and doesn't have to have the same conversation with you that basic support had.
Brightpearl is being used to allow us real-time accurate inventory across bookstores at multiple campuses. This allows to ensure that we only order what is needed and that we use what we have at all facilities to reduce the number of orders needed. It also allows us to easily transfer products from location to location with a trail to show accurate inventory counts.
