Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We utilize Broadvoice for call management within the company. It allows us to accurately field calls and stay on top of messaging to better serve our customers.

Pros

  • Routs to appropriate party
  • Allows us to reach our messages from anywhere.

Cons

  • We would have liked to be able to separate our voicemails for the different office numbers that ring to one main line.

The call set up and messaging options help us the most. In our industry, work does not always stop at 5:00 p.m. so the ability to effectively hear our messages from outside the office is a great benefit.
