I use it for my day to day operations. The phones are my lifeline to success with all the features they provide. The ease of the voice mail features and on hold messaging make them very user friendly. My staff all appreciate and enjoy the ease of all the phone features and the tech support they provide.

The phones Broadvoice provided to us were a game changer for us. I wish I had made this change years ago. The clarity and functions are second to none. We had an issue with one of our phones and Broadvoice exchanged it immediately. The tech support I have received has been Great.
