Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice came to us highly recommended for their reliability, cost effectiveness, and customer service. We have been very impressed with both. The price compared to what we were paying with another company is amazingly much more affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, dependable telephone service at reasonable prices.

Pros

  • customer service is excellent
  • pricing is affordable
  • billing is straight forward and easy to understand

Cons

  • Call Park: "parking an incoming answered call" VS "putting a call on hold on a particular line" has probably been the biggest change with the most adjustment.

  • Our monthly savings is nearly $1,500 per month since swapping
