As I am a remote worker, this provides me access to my phone and allows me to have text messages sent to my office line

Allows text messages to an office line
Allows me to use my office line remotely
keeps track of all calls and messages

Cons

sometimes calls are spotty and drop
hard to figure out how to get assistance for log in issues

Yes

Love the ability it gives me to work from home, however calls are sometimes spotty and drop. The ability to use speakerphone needs a little improvement, as sometimes clicking that drops the call.
The texting and voicemail features are awesome!
