Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We have an on premise PBX with over 1100 phones. For us, SIP has always been tied to a specific internet provider. If the internet goes down, you lose phones. If the provider is having SIP issues, you lose phones. This required us to have multiple SIP providers across multiple providers. Even with this in place an outage would cause business disruptions.

- Account manager is reachable 24x7
- Cutting edge technology
- Small enough that your not just a number
- I cant allow my accounts payable access to invoicing without giving them full access to the platform.
- I cant search for phone numbers in the call logs.
- I have limited to no access to my SD-WAN device that they provided.
- Service seems very stable and quality is on point.
- Good value
- Keeping inbound and outbound calls flowing is critical to our business.
