Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Our company uses Broadvoice in a number of different ways. We use the service for sending and receiving faxes. Some of our employees use the service to send out text messages to our doctor or patients. Broadvoice helps by making everything run smoothly and we are able to keep track of calls. Plus the user interface is easy to learn and maneuver.

We use Broadvoice to message our patients. So it is very easy to either send a text to one patient or to a group. If we are having problems with our faxes, we can send them through our email which can come in handy.
