Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I use Broadvoice for phone calls and faxing. This system is able to record phone calls which has been a big help in our day to day operations. The use of an internet based fax has also helped us save paper and time. I love the voicemails that are emailed to me rather than having to call into a mailbox. All of it is very user friendly.

Cons

  • Broadvoice is pretty up to date with current technology. I don't know what else would improve an already great system.
  • I think the overall expenses are justified and are on budget with what we were already spending but with more perks.
Broadvoice is up to date with tech trends and that makes it more user friendly.

Broadvoice has helped us better communicate to our residents. It has provided back up in unsure situations and kept us on top of missed calls and voicemails as well as faxes. Any VOIP system will be challenging in power outage situations but the ease of the system allowed me to recently use my own cell phone to still catch incoming calls while the power was out.
