Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our VOIP solution to all our clubs. We have Broadvoice services for our gyms in New York, Massachusetts, California, and Hawaii.
With Broadvoice we have control over our phones using the b-hive platform, it gives us functionality that would save us time and frustration. Beforehand we would have to contact the VOIP support number, and request them to make changes such as phone forwarding, those would take a while. But with Broadvoice, we can manage our phones across all of our locations for a very reasonable price.

- Again, extremely competitive pricing
- time savings due to having control via dashboard / b-hive
- consistency and reliability, only once have we had an issue with Broadvoice over the years that we've had them where their services went down. IT was quickly resolved as well.
