Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our VOIP solution to all our clubs. We have Broadvoice services for our gyms in New York, Massachusetts, California, and Hawaii.
With Broadvoice we have control over our phones using the b-hive platform, it gives us functionality that would save us time and frustration. Beforehand we would have to contact the VOIP support number, and request them to make changes such as phone forwarding, those would take a while. But with Broadvoice, we can manage our phones across all of our locations for a very reasonable price.

  • consistency and reliability, only once have we had an issue with Broadvoice over the years that we've had them where their services went down. IT was quickly resolved as well.
For the prices we're given, and the service and reliability. It's a very solid choice, customer support although sometimes can take time, they have always been able to assist me with any problem I ran into. Those two points are extremely important, as well as having self control over our devices instead of depending on customer support to make changes. We've had previous vendors require us to call them for minor items that we can now solve in minutes.

Often times, we would have locations that would go offline due to internet outages, power outages, or maintenance that requires our clubs to go offline. Being able to quickly forward phones to another location at a moments notice is a huge time safer. B-hive dashboard has a lot going on although It can be confusing for some, it show great details and control over phone functionality without needing to be on-site.
