Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We switched 3 phones lines and a fax from at&t who was charging 4 times the cost and it was very unreliable. We have had no issues with Broadvoice and are glad we switched

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • Reliability
  • Reasonable Price

Cons

  • Obviously we will loose service when heavy rains, but that is to be expected
  • The price is a quarter of what we have been paying
  • We have consistent phone lines which we didn't have before
We were able to plug and play immediately

In our experience, we were extremely fed up with at&t, prices, lack of customer service, service going out all the time. We needed a solution and Broadvoice has met that challenge for us.
