Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice is our phone system for multi-location company with locations in 5 states. We needed a sytem that was integrated instead of sperate stand alone phone systems per location.
Pros
- Easy to swtich between locations
- allows granular control over user and location settings
- sends voicemail transcripts to email many users rely on
Cons
- Biggest issue for me is no global changes. If I want to change a phone setting for users it takes a loooong time
- Tracing call records for customer is difficult to incoming / group / extension complexities
- A fair amount of support cases where making the change on the portal didn't work, and support had to go into the phone firmware to fix
- makes communication between locations much better
- easy to transfer a call to a different location
- call recording for customer service
I didn't demo other systems in detail enough to give detailed answer
