Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

At Z.Z. Insurance, we use Broadvoice for all of our phone services. This product makes each task so easy whether I am answering a call, transferring a call, combining the calls, or I just want to reach out to an office in our building. I use the phones every day! They are exactly what we need and reasonably priced.

Pros

  • Excellent Customer Service!
  • Quick Response Time
  • Friendly Employees

Cons

  • I would like an option to see a phone number when someone leaves a voicemail. If they do not state their phone number I have no way to call them back. Even in the recent call section, their number is not recorded.
  • When I am dialing a number and someone calls in the office I have to backspace all the numbers and then I am able to answer the phone otherwise it will reject on the incoming call.
  • (This may be an option, but I can not find it) An option for an answering machine message.
  • Without Broadvoice phones our office would not be running. We are very satisfied!
The only reason I did not give a 10 is because of the small issues I mentioned early. I definitely think if those improvements were added I would give it a 10.

My representative (...) has always been so quick and excellent to answer all of my questions. I never have to wait long for an answer and he is always so friendly! I recently had an issue where our caller ID was showing as potential spam. Our representative worked very hard to resolve the issue, and even gave me some tips I could try on my own.
