Broadvoice is Great for Business!
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I work at a personal injury firm that utilizes Broadvoice for communications. The main issues we face are tracking calls, with detailed logs, recording calls, and using headsets to multitask while making contact calls. Broadvoice addresses all of these concerns. Through the online portal we can not only see who was called and when, but also which office extension called. We can also save recorded calls directly to our server to allow us to refer back to communications had. And Broadvoice's app allows us to Bluetooth headsets to the computer and make calls directly from the app, allowing us to multi task.
Pros
- Call Logs
- Call Recording
- Tech Support
Cons
- The app crashes constantly and does not let me in.
- Being able to refer back to recorded calls has allowed the firm to save thousands by being able to confirm agreements made verbally when there was not something documented physically.
- Call tracking has given us protections from other firms claiming to not have received communications. We were able to prove who called and when.
- Broadvoice's Tech Support not only helps resolve tech issues, but they walk you through how to do it yourself should the issue arise again. (If you want that) This has made it so that instead of spending time on the phone for minor issues, we are capable of fixing it quickly with the education provided.
There was no comparison for me. Google Voice annoyed anyone calling in, was delayed in relaying missed calls and texts, and was not user friendly in my opinion. Broadvoice is leaps and bounds ahead for business purposes. It addresses each of those concerns and provides a solution that even an entry level professional could use.

I am unsure.
My most recent tech support call would be my best example of exceptional support. I was on the phone and connected to a rep in less than two minutes. The rep fully understood my explanation of the issue (which was not super clear and barely made sense to me). She worked with us to resolve the issue from start to finish, and explained how to avoid the issue in the future. She then double checked we were satisfied and up and running before disconnecting the call.
