Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

it is our call line for leaving messages after hours and to report issues with their clocking work time.

Pros

  • customer service
  • fixing issues quickly and efficiently
  • easy to talk to

Cons

  • none that i can think of
  • it has been working great
  • rarely have issues but when they come up they are fixed immediately
no issues and work to what the company expects
