Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We have two businesses in one building and employees in cross over in answering the phone. Call groups work well here and give different ring tones to help identify how to answer the phone. The large display window of the Yealink phones worked well for putting a great deal of information on the screen. Service has been reliable.

  • Train local Tech on the interface setup better
  • Messaging box interface could be better
  • I reseller sold us, and the pricing was good.
  • Wish I didn't have to sign a three-year contract but is worked out ok
  • We do get billed by reseller for support calls.
The cloud interface looks ok. The features look pretty easy to use. We have had the local reseller to setup the call groups and that has been good. Phones have gone out before unless we have lost the internet. we have two ISP's and our routers failover. We will drop calls when that happens though.

I started with ATT openhand service and their support and onboarding were so bad. I couldn't get the call groups setup and talked to a different person all the time. The project was expensive and dug on forever. We ended up getting out of the contract. We were able to use some of the phones from that ATT experience as well. Broad voice has been much better in comparison and the customer service was the difference.

More control over the call group features would be better. There were some display and ring tone functions we wanted and the local tech could get just the way we wanted. Local support on the flip side is really nice as we had support issues with ATT open hand.
